A year ago...

"Night, Night Momma"

Most babies sleep in their cribs. Ruby still insists that sleep is for the weak. She does like playing in her crib these days though. She especially likes to tease me by saying "night, night" and putting her head down like she's sleeping. Then she pops up and cracks up laughing. Oh Ruby, you have no idea how you funny you are.

I came home early from work to avoid the possibility of frozen roads and was able to grab a few shots.

Since the valentines have finally reached all of the grandparents, we can share Ruby's valentine here. We think it's tea-rrific.

Bubbles, Part 2

After seeing what a big fan Ruby is of bubbles these days, Gigi took the Rubester to the toy store for a little present. Ruby is now the proud owner of her very own bubble machine and about five gallons of bubbles. We tried it out in the front yard this afternoon and Ruby was super excited.
