Farmer's Market

We meet up with friends at the Farmer's Market on Wednesday nights. Last week was our first night to enjoy the splash park sprinklers with the little ones. Ruby and Desmond clearly loved it. Ruby also loved Desmond's belly, as you can see from the photos below. I don't blame her, he's pretty cute.

Some mommas listen to their babies waking up from their naps with cooing and giggling on the monitor... but not this momma. I hear silence one second and miserable crying the next. Ruby immediately freaks out when she wakes up and realizes that she is alone in her crib. The horror! Today I decided to snap some shots of her sad little face when I went in to get her up from her nap. Poor little Rubina!

Ruby's friend, Henrik, had his birthday party last weekend in Leander. Henrik's mom found an awesome park with a train to ride and lots of space for toddlers to run around. Because the original party date was rained out and rescheduled for a day when I had plans, David took Ruby to the party by himself. I loved watching them walk out the door on their date and knowing they were going to have a great time. Here are some pictures from their afternoon. Clearly, I missed out on a wonderful party.
