Ruby's Learnin'

Last night, around 3:30am, Ruby was super fussy and a wiggly little lady. I had tried feeding her, burping her and holding her. Though she was barely wet, I thought I would try a fresh diaper. She was lying on her back, half asleep and moving all around making her famous night-time grunts. I turned my back for one second to grab a diaper and when I looked back, she was on her belly- still fussing away with her sweet little face smashed into the mattress! I quickly picked her up and went into the guestroom where David was sleeping (I have the flu and don't want him to get it) so that I could share her milestone with him. We're so proud of our big girl for rolling over!

And just because she's so cute, a picture of Miss Ruby from today. She's been a sweet baby the last few days, spending a bunch of time in bed with her grumpy, achey Momma.
