Tio is one of the most important people in Ruby's life. We don't have any family here in town, so as David's closest friend, Jesse was given the responsibility of being Ruby's Austin uncle. He has done a splendid job and she loves him dearly. This photo is a few years old, but my favorite of the birthday boy and my sweet girl.
